My 2G iPhone is going to be rosak soon. (Drop it like million times against the ground and it suprise me by not breaking / cui-ing. Full marks for that! DURABLE!)
But now got some reception problems in certain areas. As I live near woodlands checkpoint, my reception for phones are always not very good. (Friends who came over to my place always change to Malaysia line.) But when I just purchase my phone (1st generation), there are no such problems and I'm freakingly impress with it.
I must say I love the days I had with my iPhone 2G. The attention I got from the public when being seen using it =X LOL
For example when I play my favorite acelerometer game. People are always so amused with it.
But ever since I started dropping it all over the place, the reception around my house turns real bad. Sometimes I couldn't hear properly from the other party due to this freaking problem.
Yah you know lah, import one. Where got warranty?
So I look very much forward to the realease to iPhone 3G. Almost, ALMOST! Got it before it was out in Singapore (lead time between actual release and Singapore release is around 1month.)
I seriously have no idea heaven is helping me or playing a prank on me loh =X
Reason :It's confirmed that iPhone 3G is having reception and dropping calls problem due to an Infineon chip in it.
I really wanted the phone and got a jolly good reason to give Laogong if he ever question why I wanted to buy a new phone. But!
why am I buying it if I'm buying a brand new phone with the same problem with my BUANG phone?!
I know I shouldn't buy it. Fucking contradicting. But I see people saying that the are getting it I'm hell jealous because the white one is chio T_T! Although Apple have already release the new firmware (2.02) to rectify this problem, Some people are still having the same problem.
I guess I just have to tong until they improve on the blardy chip or have a better firmware ._.
